Abstract
Professor Syed Hanif Ahmed Naqvi was a distinguished scholar, critic, and authority on Ghalib studies, contributing significantly to the field of Urdu literature and research. This study explores his scholarly contributions, highlighting his expertise in biographical writing, research principles, and Ghalib studies. Naqvi emphasized integrity, meticulous fact-finding, and objective analysis in research, setting new benchmarks for Urdu literary scholarship.
