Asad Muhammad Khan is a big name in Urdu fiction. He deals with social issues very well in Urdu fiction, many characters of his fiction are timeless. In terms of style, language and narration, his fictions are considered masterpieces. In this paper, Asad Muhammad Khan's fictions have been studied thematically. Several collections of his fictions have come to the fore-khidki ki bhar aasman, burj khmoshan, gussey ki nai fasal, narbada or dosari kahaniyan, teesrey pehar ki kahaniyan, ak takada dhoop ka.
