Abstract
One of the most important features of a travelogue is that it is based on historical facts. The traveler’s involvement in the journey takes place at all times and places. When the traveler enjoys the civilizational, cultural, social life, and scenery of a city or country, he describes in detail the different types of experiences and observations that occur during the journey so that the readers can enjoy the journey with him. A study of Intizar Hussain's travelogues shows that the author has successfully tried to see India's ancient civilization, culture, rituals and religious beliefs in the historical and geographical background and has traveled more in the past than in the present. Intizar Hussain's travelogues are not like the travelogues of other writers, in which the traveler feels like a romantic creature who is becoming the center of attention of another person.
