In his Persian and Urdu poems, his main addressees are the youth who are the asset and future of the nation and the Muslim world. Iqbal is a moral teacher like Sheikh Sadi and an ambassador of peace and harmony like Khawaja Hafiz Shirazi. The main purpose of his poetry is self-realization, self-improvement and humanization. He is looking for a person who can change the society with his character, speech and thoughts. With the same thought and view, in his poetry, there are themes such as courage, valor, continuous struggle, constant action, justice, equality, kindness, etc.
