Rifat Abbas is a poet of saraiki Waseeb,culture and local civilization.Who through his poetry strongly resisted against the attitude of imperialism and colonial occupation.He talked about dancing in front of bullets and operession to creat an atmosphere of peace and love.He spoke on the promotion of saraiki Waseeb conservatism and mythological traditions and the local environment especially the survival and death of the local and natural environment of the village.there is talk of birds,plants and local animals,but also of the local man of saraiki Waseeb,who is the guarantor of the survival of his Waseeb.
