Two-Nation theory was the basis of Pakistan Movement. According to this theory, the Muslims are not a nation  like the other nations but in a broad  persperctive they are  a Millat since  the concept of one Muslim Nationhood (Millat) is given by Holy Prophet (SAW). Instead of the nation,the basic element of  the Milli poetry is logically the exalted being of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW). All Urdu  Milli poets are well aware of it and that is the reason  why we see the Naat Elements in their  Milli poetry in quite abundance. This paper highligts such couplets of different poets during  the last  decade of Pakistan Movement.
