Abstract
Mansha Yaad is a famous short story writer of Urdu. His style of writing is unique and presents a blend of tradition and modernism. He describes local landscape with accuracy. This article evaluates Mansha Yaad's topics and his style of writing. The analysis shows Yaad's sensibility and images in his short stories, with which he created a peculiar atmoshpher and effects.
