Abstract

iterature decides the intellectual position of any society. Urdu literature had paved its ways in the sub-continent before partition. As a previaling tool Urdu literature played a pivotal role in the up-bringing of children as well.Children's  literature has been dealt with special techniques according to the need of time and demand of children. It is  noteable that non-Muslim Urdu writers had also been writing children literature with the passage of time. In this article, researcher traces the pages of history in which the services of non-Muslim Urdu writers in the context of children's literature had been reviewed.
