What Iqbal had dreamt of is a reality today. Many of visions of Iqbal and his prophecies that he penned decades age are a reality now. Pakistan, too, was a dream of Iqbal and his poetry has many ideas that can be applied to today’s Pakistan. This article analyses Iqbal’s Urdu poetry and traces similarities between the two.
