ہدایات سے ہٹ کر بھیجا گیا کوئی بھی مقالہ اشاعت کے لیے ناقابلِ قبول ہوگا۔مقالہ نگاروں کی ذاتی آرا اور بیانات و نتائج سے ’’امتزاج‘‘ کی مجلسِ ادارت کا متفق ہونا ضروری نہیں۔

·       'امتزاج' اُردو زبان و ادب کا تحقیقی مجلہ ہے اس میں بھیجا جانے والا مقالہ اُردوزبان و ادب سے متعلق  کسی موضوع پر ہوناچاہیے۔مضمون کی نوعیت بھی خالصتاً تحقیقی (کیفیتی یا کمیتی)ہو

·       مقالہ ایم ایس ورڈ(MS Word) میں کمپوزہونا چاہیے۔ایم ایس ورڈ میں اس کا فونٹ ' (jameel noori nastaleeq) ہو، اورفونٹ سائز 12ہو۔

·       مقالہ بھیجنے سے پہلے تصدیق کر لیں کہ آپ نے ’’امتزاج‘‘ کی پالیسیزکو پڑھ لیا ہے۔

•    مقالہ پروف کی اغلاط سے پاک ہو۔

•    مقالہ سرقے سے پاک ہو کیونکہ اشاعت سے پہلے اسے TURNITINسافٹ ویئر میں باقاعدہ چیک  کیا جائے گا۔ اگر طے شدہ حد19فیصد سے زیادہ سرقہ پایا گیا  تو مقالہ ناقابلِ   اشاعت ہوگا۔

 مقالہ نگار اپنے مقالے کے ساتھ ہی سرقے سے پاک ہونے کا  ایک اقرار نامہ جمع کرانے کا پابند ہوگا جو ڈاؤن لوڈز کے مینیومیں جا کر حاصل کیا جاسکتا ہے۔مقالہ بھیجتے ہوئے سبمشن فیس کی رسید یاآن لائن ٹرانسفر کا اسکرین شارٹ مقالے کی ای میل کے ساتھ منسلک کرنا ضروری ہے۔جن مقالوں کے ساتھ سبمشن فیس وصول ہوگی صرف وہ ہی مبصرین کو ریویو کے لیے بھیجے جائیں گے۔مقالہ بھیجنے سے پہلے سبمشن فیس جمع کروانا لازمی ہے (جو لازمی اور ناقابلِ واپسی ہے)

’’ امتزاج‘‘کو مقالہ بھجنے کے بعد جب تک اس کے قابلِ اشاعت/ناقابلِ اشاعت  ہونے کی بابت مجلسِ ادارت کی طرف سے اطلاع موصول نہ ہواُسے کسی اور جگہ اشاعت کے لیے نہ بھیجاجائے۔

 مقالہ نگار کا نام، مقالے کا عنوان ، تلخیص(abstract)اور کلیدی الفاظ(keywords)اُردو اور انگریزی دونوں زبانوں میں دیے جائیں اورمقالے کی تلخیص ڈیڑھ سو سے دو سو الفاظ پر مشتمل ہو.  مقالے کے آخر میں حوالہ جات ،حواشی اور تعلیقات لازمی دیے جائیں۔حوالہ جات اُردو میں ہونے کی صورت میں اختتامی صفحے پر ان کو رومن میں بھی درج کرکے بھیجا جائے۔

کتاب کا حوالہ:

’’امتزاج‘‘ میں حوالہ جات کا اندراج ترابین سٹائل میں کیا جاتا ہے۔ مقالے میں حوالہ جات کے اندراج کا مندرجہ ذیل طریقہ اختیار کیا جائے۔

مثال:     گوپی چند نارنگ، ساختیات، پس ساختیات اور مشرقی شعریات، (لاہور: سنگِ میل پبلی کیشنز، ۱۹۸۵ء)، ۷۸۔

     اگر ایک ہی کتاب سے دویا تین دفعہ حوالہ آئے تو بار بار مکمل حوالہ لکھنے کی بجائے مصنف کا نام، کتاب کا نام اور صفحہ نمبر لکھنا کافی ہوگا۔

رسالے کا حوالہ:

مصنف کا نام، مضمون کا عنوان، مشمولہ:رسالے کا نام ،جلد نمبر، شمارہ نمبر، بریکٹ میں شہر کا نام، ادارۂ اشاعت،سنِ اشاعت، صفحہ نمبر۔

اگر انٹرنیٹ سے کسی آن لائن فائل کا حوالہ دیا جائے تو سائیٹیشن کی تاریخ کے ساتھ وقت لکھنا بھی ضروری ہے اور یو آر ایل کا اندراج بھی۔

AUTHOR GUIDELINE

·       The "Imtezaaj" is a journal of Urdu language and literature, so the research paper to be submitted must be on a subject related to Urdu. In addition, the nature of the article should be purely research (qualitative or quantitative)

·       The article should be in the composed  MS Word  format. In MS Word format, the font name should be 'Jameel Noori Nataleeq and the font size 12.

·       Before submitting an article, please assure that: You have properly read the policies of “Imtezaaj” regarding different matters.

·       Article is free of proof mistakes.

·                            Article is free of plagiarism because it will go through the plagiarism check by TURNITIN software and if the similarity index comes out is more than 19%, the article won't get published. Moreover, the author is bound to submit an affidavit of a plagiarism-free statement that can be downloaded from the “Imtezaaj” website. You have to deposit/transfer the submission fee which is mandatory. Please email us the receipt/ proof of transfer along with the paper at imtezaaj@uok.edu.pk.

Details for Fee Submission are as under:

(a)        Article Submission Charges:

(i)         Pakistani Authors= Rs. 5000/-

(ii)        Foreign Authors= US $ 50

(b)        Article Publishing Charges:

(i)         Pakistani Authors= Rs. 5000/-

(ii)        Foreign Authors= US $ 100

It is further stated that the "Article Submission Fee"  5000/- is compulsory and non-refundable. The author has to deposit this fee before sending a research paper. Once the research paper will be approved after the due procedure, this will be conveyed to the corresponding author with a request to submit the "Article Publishing Fee" 5000/-. The article will be published after the submission of the publishing fee.

Note: Author(s) has to send the [clear] scanned copy of the depositing receipt to “imtezaaj@uok.edu.pk” along with Research Paper's Title & Author's Name(s) mentioned clearly in the email. The fee can be submitted online. In that case, also, sending a deposit receipt through email is mandatory.

4.      After submitting a paper to “imtezaaj”, don't send it to any other publishing agency until or unless you receive an email from “imtezaaj” about its status like unpublished/ required any changes, etc.

5.      The name of the author (designation, address), the title of the article, the abstract, and the keywords should be given in both Urdu and English. The abstract should consist of 150 to 200 words.

6.      References must be given at the end of the research paper. If references are in Urdu, plz give them in roman form also at the end of the paper.

7.      “Imtezaaj” follows the Turabian Style of citation, so plz give the references in that style as given:

If two or three references are made from the same book, use a short form and write the author's name, book's name, and page number instead of repeating the whole citation material.
