Resistance literature has become very popular in Urdu during the last few decades. But resistance has always been a topic of Urdu’s literary works and it is not a new phenomenon. In Iqbal’s poetry, too, there are some elements of resistance. This article traces and evaluates the resistance elements found in Iqbal’s Urdu poetry.
