Abstract
After the creation of Pakistan, the large number of refugees that came to Pakistan were facing a lot of problems. Among the problems they faced were a proper shelter, employment, food and adjustment in the new environment. They were still bereft at the loss of their beloved ones and deceased. It is natural that when human beings are uprooted, they face innumerable difficulties as the new immigrants to Pakistan had faced. Certain Urdu novels have dealt with such issues. In this article,the researcher carefully analyses the myths regarding partition through two Urdu Novella while giving special attention to “YA KHUDA” and “ZAMEEN”.
