Abstract
Nawab Mirza Daagh Dehlvi was not only a popular poet of Dehli but also worked as a mentor for many poets. It is a common and old tradition of Urdu poetry to train students and juniors by correcting their poetry. Daagh also had a large number of such followers. Maulana Hasan Raza Khan was a poet and a student of Daagh. But his poetry has largely been ignored by the critics. This article presents the analytical study of the merits of Hasan Raza Khan's poetry.
